How long does it take to complete an accessible bathroom?

Our universal design experience allows us to recommend customized bathroom solutions based on your specific needs. Therefore, our customized bathroom completion times vary. We can typically have a better idea as soon as a home evaluation is completed.

What is included in a complete bathroom remodel?

The entire bathroom is gutted with the exception of the walls and ceilings unless of course they are water damaged. Modified Access with then install everything brand-new fixtures, fittings, tile, counters, cabinets, mirrors, lighting and all of the other elements that will make your bathroom safe and beautiful.

Will the plumbing work in the house during construction?

The plumbing will not work in the bathroom that is under construction. However, the plumbing in the remainder of the house will work just fine.

What are your construction hours?

Standard time for our construction is 8am–4pm Monday through Friday.

Modified Access installers arrive the first day between 8am and 10am. Our lead installer will review the weekly schedule with you to confirm a comfortable timing arrangement. If necessary, we’ll work on weekends to ensure the job is done on time and to your satisfaction.

How much will the job cost?

Does Modified Access offer a guarantee?

Yes! All of our custom remodeling services carry a one year warranty and many of our products offer lifetime warranties. We are happy to explain the details during our home evaluation.

Does Modified Access Construction dispose of the debris and old bathroom fixtures?

Absolutely. When construction is complete you are left with the bathroom of your dreams and nothing else.
